The Actif4 Leadership Programme
The nine-month Actif4 Accredited Leadership Programme is for current and future leaders.
Accredited by a government agency to honours degree standard, it is an intense development experience around the transition into highly effective leadership and is delivered by hugely experienced leaders and coaches.

Who is the Programme for?
The accredited Actif4 Leadership Programme has been designed for people going through the transition into leadership and those already in senior roles with the aspiration and potential to rise further.
The demand for effective leadership has never been greater. Becoming a skilled leader is a continuous process of development and experience, coupled with understanding new insight and ideas.
Delegates embarking on the Programme are at different stages of their own development, with varying levels of experience in leadership. As leadership presents us with such a range of challenges and no-one is the finished article in this arena, the programme is also a setting for delegates to learn from each other.
The Actif4 Leadership Programme puts the person at the heart of a solution with real value to their organisation.

Accreditation
Actif4 has gained approval for our Leadership Programme and been granted Approved Centre status by the Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA).
With the approval, Actif4 is now able to assess delegates and award the Actif4 Leadership Diploma at SCQF level 10, which equates to a honours degree-level qualification.
The Actif4 Leadership Diploma was developed by Actif4 Limited and is certificated and quality assured by SQA as a Customised Award. This award has been credit rated by SQA at Level 10 on the Scottish Credit and Qualifications Framework (SCQF) with 48 credit points.
International Recognition
SQA’s Qualifications are aligned to the Scottish Credit and Qualifications Framework (SCQF). The SCQF is a way of comparing qualifications; it covers achievements such as those from school, college, university, and many work-based qualifications.
The SCQF also illustrates the relationships between Scottish qualifications and those in the rest of the UK, Europe and beyond, which can clarify international progression routes and credit transfer.
This analysis provides further understanding of the value of SQA qualifications, the calibre of those who have achieved them, and how they compare with programmes of study offered around the world.

Our Leadership Programme
By taking a people-first approach and increasing self-awareness, we put personal development right into the hands of those with great potential to use it for great effect.
Our approach harnesses powerful coaching tools and the knowledge needed to unlock potential and deliver the right solution for you. We have practical coaching tools that enable people to be the best that they can be.
We offer a dedicated programme delivering a fully integrated approach, not just a series of unconnected experiences. As well as up to date theory, participants use a live project as the backbone to the programme so that the sponsoring organisation gains on at least two levels. Connecting theory to practice allows participants to customise their own leadership solution during the 6-month programme via a series of workshop modules, 1-1 coaching and personal analysis tools.

The EDGE Framework
We focus on building and developing leaders to create high performance cultures. The process we take is structured around our EDGE framework. The framework is made up of 4 key levers which align to leadership development and maximise personal performance:

The impetus for action and exploring self-generated energy, externally generated energy and generating energy in others.
Delivery
Getting things done and exploring your delivery style and the key concepts in enabling delivery, direction, climate and structure.
Grit
Sticking with it is key and here we explore the critical components: purpose, enthusiasm, and endurance.
Engagement
Understanding who we are and how we tick so as to engender shared purpose and build success-critical relationships.
