Leading The North Star Way

Actif4 has been selected by North Star Shipping, a leader in the Energy transition to renewables, to provide a leadership development intervention to 50 of its senior people. Actif4 built on its three-year track record with North Star in taking selected people through the masters-degree level Actif4 Leadership Programme, going deep into the leadership development theme as they transition into Leadership.

The Change Makers Programme

The challenge in 2024 is to go wide on the same topic, engaging 50 senior people across North Star with the challenge to take the lead in a manner that is demonstrably North Star. To do this we adapted the Actif4 Change Makers Programme to fit with the needs of this fast-growing business to produce and deliver the “Leading The North Star Way” Programme successfully during Q2 2024. The story is evolving as 2024 continues based on excellent results and feedback from participants.
