Credibility in the Provision of Leadership Development

Actif4 has successfully completed its most recent Verification Visits by its regulator, Scottish Qualifications Authority. For the fourth visit out of four since launch, we have secured a “High Confidence” result from SQA, complete with green lights on all categories of assessment. This matters. Unlike other businesses providing leadership development interventions, our Leadership Programme is accredited by a government agency (to Honours degree level) and with that comes the rigours of their oversight and audit of our processes, our qualification and the way we assess our candidates.

Our programme’s accreditation and Actif4’s status as an SQA Approved Centre were hard-earned, but better still is the stamp of approval that we keep receiving through SQA’s visits, as we take more and more people through the Programme, fairly, consistently and successfully.
