Actif4 Leadership Diploma
Actif4 has gained approval for our leadership programme and been granted Approved Centre status by the Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA). With the approval, Actif4 is now able to assess delegates and award the Actif4 Leadership Diploma at SCQF level 10, which equates to a degree-level qualification.
The programme has been designed for people going through the transition into leadership and those already in senior roles with the aspiration and potential to rise further. The demand for effective leadership has never been greater. Becoming a skilled leader is a continuous process of development and experience, coupled with understanding new insight and ideas.
The Actif4 Leadership Diploma was developed by Actif4 Limited and is certificated and quality assured by SQA as a Customised Award. This award has been credit rated by SQA at Level 10 on the Scottish Credit and Qualifications Framework (SCQF) with 48 credit points.
Assessment
Assessment is quality assured through internal verification (using an Actif4’s own staff) and external verification (using SQA subject experts).
Certification
On successful completion of the Actif4 Leadership Programme you will receive an Actif4 Leadership Diploma at SCQF level 10 which is certificated by SQA and will state the title of the qualification studied
International Recognition
SQA’s Qualifications are aligned to the Scottish Credit and Qualifications Framework (SCQF). The SCQF is a way of comparing qualifications; it covers achievements such as those from school, college, university, and many work-based qualifications.
The SCQF also illustrates the relationships between Scottish qualifications and those in the rest of the UK, Europe and beyond, which can clarify international progression routes and credit transfer.
This analysis provides further understanding of the value of SQA qualifications, the calibre of those who have achieved them, and how they compare with programmes of study offered around the world.
